Justin Goritz REALTOR® is a Real Estate Salesperson with Sequoia 1 Real Estate.

Justin is a member of Winnipeg REALTORS®, - the Winnipeg Real Estate Board (WREA) since August of 2019.

He is an enthusiastic REALTOR® who is high energy and self motivated.  He is eager to assist you with all of your real estate needs.  Whether it be to find you your new condo, home or recreational cottage or property Justin will assist you every step of the way. 

Justin has worked in the customer service industry for many years prior to embarking on his real estate career and it shows in the manner he connects with his clients.  He had attended and completed the fire and paramedic courses through Brandon Fire College but instead took up interest in the profession of real estate sales as a 3rd generation REALTOR® in his family. Justins grandfather is a very successful Winnipeg REALTOR® of approximately 50 years who works with Delta Realty and Justins mother is a Winnipeg REALTOR® and the Broker/ Owner of Sequoia 1 Real Estate. 

Justin is very involved with personal fitness, health and wellness and believes in ensuring a healthy life balance. Through keeping himself healthy both physically and mentally he remains at his best performance levels for his clients at all times.

Justin is also the goalie for Team Canada in the sport of mens Bandy.  Justin and his teammates proudly brought home the gold medal for the Bandy World Cup Championships held in Sweden in 2017.  They continue to play as a team and travel periodically to compete in the USA.

Local buy and sell web sites as well as Marketplace, Kijiji and other sites as they apply.

Sequoia 1 Real Estate also has 1.5 of the total 4 pages of all real estate listings in NorthEastman Real Estate Guide of The Clipper Newspaper which is published 4 times a year - May long weekend, July long weekend, August long weekend and the September long weekend.

Sequoia 1 Real Estate places general ads in various local and provincial tourism guides as well which direct people to our website to view our listings.  Some of these are the Lac du Bonnet Living Tourism Guide, The Eastman Tourism Guide and various other local flyers and newspapers throughout Manitoba.

We have been a proud sponsor of the Trappers Lake Life Festival which takes place every August.  Trappers is a very busy convenience store, gas station and restaurant with outdoor patio at the turn off into Auglen Park en route to Bird River.  Watch for the large 4 foot x 8 foot Sequoia 1 Real Estate metal signs out front where all of our listings are displayed.

Sequoia 1 Real Estate has vibrant yard and property signage that is placed on your property as well as other locations so that your property is well advertised on site.  There is also various signage throughout Manitoba advertising the Sequoia 1 Real Estate Brokerage which brings on line traffic to our websites.

Every year we print approximately 2,000 full size calendars to give out for free to our clients and anyone who requests one.  We also supply large glossy color calendars for resident rooms in 2 personal care homes in the NorthEastman Region.
